Just finished This Is How You Lose the Time War and it burrowed into my brain more than I had realised. Sad to let it go. I’m about 10% into The Shadow of the Wind by Carlos Ruiz Zafón. Very intriguing and an easy read so far. What’s the last book you loved?
@GeneticJen I should give This is How You Lose the Time War another try; I gave the audiobook a go and couldn’t get into it last year.
The last book that really shook me was Chain Gang All-Stars by Nana Kwame Adjei-Brenyah. Very dark though; not a comfort read.
Probably The Expanse series but I’ve fallen off my reading recently. Need to get back into it.
